01Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FarmVerse on iOS, Android, and in the browser, and of farmversegame.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, playing, or using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02The Service

FarmVerse is a farming game. Features may change over time. Some features require an internet connection (account login and cloud sync). Website materials, trailers, and pre-release descriptions are illustrative and may differ from the live game.

03Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity on your account.

• You may register with email/username, play as a guest, or use Google sign-in where available.
• You may delete your account at any time from in-game Settings.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.

04Virtual items

Coins, gems/diamonds, crops, and other in-game items have no real-world cash value, are licensed (not owned) for use in FarmVerse, and may be modified or reset as needed for game balance, anti-cheat, or technical reasons. Real-money in-app purchases may be offered in some builds; when offered, they are processed by the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play) under that store’s terms.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service.

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer the Service for abuse, harass others, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• On the website, do not scrape at abusive rates, submit harmful content through forms, or impersonate others.

06Bonus videos and optional rewards

Optional first-party bonus videos or similar rewards may grant limited in-game benefits. They may be capped daily. Where third-party ads appear on marketing pages, those partners’ policies also apply.

07Waitlist and communications

Joining the waitlist or launch alerts does not guarantee access to closed tests or any specific reward. You can unsubscribe from update emails at any time.

08Intellectual property

All FarmVerse names, logos, artwork, code, and site content are owned by Global Seo Creative Limited / FarmVerse Studio or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute assets without permission, except for ordinary personal sharing of public news links.

09Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that pre-release descriptions will match the final game exactly.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarmVerse and Global Seo Creative Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of progress, data, or virtual items, arising from your use of the Service.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we revise it.
