01Who we are

FarmVerse (“we”, “us”) is operated by Global Seo Creative Limited / FarmVerse Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the FarmVerse mobile games (iOS and Android), browser play on farmversegame.com, our website, waitlist, and related support channels (together, the “Service”).

02Information we collect

Depending on how you play or contact us, we may collect:

• Account information: username, email address, display name, farm name, and password (stored hashed) when you register; or a guest profile tied to a device identifier.
• Authentication data: if you sign in with Google on Android, we receive a Firebase ID token and basic profile fields (such as name/email) from Google/Firebase to create or link your FarmVerse account.
• Gameplay and save data: farm progress, inventory, coins/gems balances, buildings, animals, orders, settings preferences, and similar game state—stored on your device and synced to our servers when cloud sync is enabled.
• Device and technical data: a generated device ID for guest/session linking, approximate network metadata (such as IP address) processed by our hosting provider for security and operations, and standard server logs.
• Website and waitlist data: email addresses and message details you submit through forms, plus standard technical logs (browser type, approximate region, pages visited).
• Support messages: information you choose to send if you contact support.

03Information we do not collect

We design FarmVerse to avoid unnecessary access to sensitive device data.

• We do not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or precise location for core gameplay.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• The current mobile app build does not use a third-party advertising network (such as AdMob). Optional in-game “bonus videos” are first-party content and do not send your data to ad exchanges.

04How we use information

We use information to operate and improve the Service.

• Create and secure your account, authenticate sessions, and restore cloud saves.
• Operate gameplay features, prevent abuse and fraud, and improve reliability.
• Send product updates you requested (for example waitlist or launch alerts).
• Respond to support, press, or partnership inquiries.
• Comply with legal obligations.

05How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service.

• Service providers: cloud hosting, database hosting, and Google/Firebase for optional Google sign-in on Android.
• Legal: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
• We do not share your data with third-party advertisers for targeted advertising in the current mobile app version.

06Cookies and website analytics

On farmversegame.com we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Essential cookies may be required for basic site function and theme preference. Marketing pages may show ads through partners such as Google AdSense when configured; manage ad preferences at Google’s Ad Settings.

07Data retention and account deletion

We keep account and save data while your account is active. Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or we close the list after launch communications. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request and meet legal obligations. If you delete your account in Settings, we deactivate the account, scrub personal identifiers we no longer need, revoke sessions, and remove associated cloud save data, subject to short-term backups and legal retention needs.

08Your choices

You control your account and communications.

• Account deletion: open Settings in FarmVerse and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your access and cloud farm data as described above.
• Logout: available in Settings.
• Guest play: you may play as a guest; progress is still associated with a server account for that guest session so you can delete it the same way while signed in.
• Access, correction, or deletion of waitlist/support data: email info@globalseocreativeltd.com.
• Unsubscribe links are included in marketing-style update emails.

09Children’s privacy

FarmVerse is a general-audience farming game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) for the purpose of selling data or targeted advertising. Website waitlist signups are intended for adults or parents/guardians signing up on behalf of a household. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10Security

We use HTTPS for API traffic, hashed passwords, and access tokens for authenticated requests. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11International processing

Our servers and providers may process data in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

12Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we revise it.
