The latest art pass tightens how light hits crops at dawn, how barn wood reads at thumb scale, and how UI panels stay clear over busy farm backgrounds. Soft-launch players spend most of their time looking down at plots and animals; those surfaces have to feel inviting at a glance.
We pushed for warmth without muddiness: greener pastures, cleaner silhouettes for animals, and buildings that feel placeable rather than stamped on. Shadows are softer in morning light and longer toward evening so the day cycle reads even when you’re focused on chores.
UI contrast got a hard look on mid-range Android devices. Buttons and order cards need to stay legible when the camera sits over a busy field. That work continues—report screenshots if a panel ever disappears into the scenery.
Next up: festival décor kits and a glasshouse interior that sells the fantasy of year-round growing in a single glance. We’ll share stills on the Gallery and News pages as packs clear for public view.
Art direction for FarmVerse is intentionally adult-casual: cinematic enough to feel premium, calm enough for a morning coffee session. If a screen ever feels childish or noisy, that’s a bug in our eyes—not a feature.
